Founded in 1948 as a small general contracting company, we have grown into a diverse, family-owned business with deep roots in Detroit. From our inception, we’ve proudly called this city home, and today, our headquarters remain in the historic Corktown neighborhood.

In November of 2025, Allied Building Service partnered with Continuum Services, a leading facility management provider based in Farmington Hills, Michigan, strengthening our position as a leader in Facilities Maintenance and Construction.
